A new obsession, ever little movement, noise and stare it’s just another excuse to hold your breath and think the world is alright for a moment.

Jo Melia
Origin Creative Co is a natural-light brand photography studio run by Jo Melia in Halifax, West Yorkshire. For over 12 years I've photographed founders, solopreneurs and small businesses across Calderdale, Leeds, Huddersfield and the North. Shoots are calm and unhurried, and made for people who feel awkward in front of a camera. I photograph personal brand portraits, hospitality and interiors (cafés, studios, holiday lets), and outdoor, on-location shoots. Every session starts with a chat about your business, so your images tell your story and work across your website, social media and press. I also offer Power Hour strategy sessions to help you plan your content and visual brand.
